Agriculture is a board term that includes the basic understanding about the plants, animals, microorganism as living resources of mother earth and abiotic factor reflected to these living resources. Department of Agriculture" was established and started at Dr. CVRU Vaishali Bihar in the academic session of 2017–18 to achieve excellence in academics and research in remote area of Bihar by distributing quality agriculture education. With the approval of the Academic Council and Board of Management of Dr. CV Raman University, a four-year degree programme was launched in the fall of the 2017–18 academic year. According to the ICAR's guidance, the Department of Agriculture has approved the course guidelines and content. The 4th Deans' Committee (ICAR) curriculum and guidelines were approved for the 2017–18 academic year, while the 5th Deans' Committee (ICAR) recommendations began with the academic year 2019–20 onwards.
